These terms cover two things: using this website (glintform.com), and — at a high level — how we work with clients once a project starts. The specifics of any paid engagement are set in the proposal or agreement for that project, not on this page.
Using this site
This site is provided as-is, to showcase our work and let you get in touch. You're free to browse it and submit the contact/brief form. Please don't attempt to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, including the admin dashboard.
Content and ownership
Everything on this site — copy, design, code, and case-study material — belongs to Glintform unless otherwise credited, and shouldn't be reproduced without permission. Client logos, screenshots, or project references shown here are used with permission or are our own work.
Submitting a brief
Submitting the contact/brief form is an enquiry, not a contract. It doesn't commit you or us to anything. Once we discuss scope, pricing, and timeline and both agree to proceed, that agreement — not this page — governs the actual project.
No guarantee of availability
We work with a limited number of clients at a time. Submitting a brief doesn't guarantee we can take on the project.
Liability
We try to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site itself (as opposed to delivered project work, which is covered separately by the terms of that engagement).
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
