Privacy Policy
Glintform ("we", "us") builds websites and edits video for clients. This page explains what information we collect through glintform.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you submit the brief/contact form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, company (optional), phone (optional), the type of work you're asking about, budget range, timeline, and your message. We don't ask for payment details, IDs, or other sensitive information through this site.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers (see "Who we share data with" below) automatically log standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — as part of running the site. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't use marketing cookies.
Cookies
The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie used to keep an admin logged into the internal dashboard at /admin. It's not used to track visitors, isn't shared with any third party, and isn't set for anyone browsing the public site.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and scope the work you're asking about.
- To keep a record of leads and conversations so we don't lose track of a project.
- To send you a confirmation email after you submit the form.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and process the form data above:
- Vercel — hosting and deployment.
- Neon — the Postgres database where leads and site content are stored.
- Resend — sends the notification and confirmation emails when you submit the form.
Each of these providers only receives what's needed to perform their part (hosting the site, storing the record, sending the email) and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Lead submissions are kept for as long as needed to follow up on a project, and are deleted from the admin dashboard once a lead is no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Email glintform@gmail.com and we'll action it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
